Curriculum:
As a little girl, when I saw someone who wasn’t behaving well, I said to myself:
“When I grow up, I don’t want to look like what I see.”
Then I received and taught yoga classes and asked myself questions.
I did not feel the effects promised by the practice of postures.
I was wondering which direction the pelvis should go.
After trying several disciplines, a physiotherapist advised me to come to Noëlle PEREZ, who he told me, “teaches yoga of everyday life”.
Since then I have remained faithful to Noëlle with whom I continue to progress regularly.

Every Tuesday from 13h30 to 15h00 and 18h00 to 19h30, except school holidays.
Seminars: followed by all the seminars of Noëlle PEREZ since 1986.

Research’Etnofisiological’:
Different trips.
The first immersion in a plumb was in September 1988, during the international days on the fish unloaders of Setúbal.
Since then, Madeira, Senegal, Setúbal again in 1994, etc..
